The FLFA double-wall heat exchanger plate designed by FLFA effectively prevents fluid leakage and mixes to meet the special needs of the product.
Structure and principle
1. Replace the single piece with a single FLFAdouble double plate that is stamped in one piece.
2. The seal between the two plates is achieved by laser welding or flat washers in the four-hole portion of the plate.
3. In the event of a leak, the fluid will flow out of the flow path between the two plates to the outside, which can be easily detected and taken to avoid fluid mixing during heat exchange, resulting in contamination or harmful reactions.
4. The FLFAdouble double-wall heat exchanger can be disassembled like a conventional single-plate heat exchanger for inspection, cleaning or repair. For double wall panels with flat gaskets, the flow path between the plates can also be continuously improved.
